01 — Clothing Made for Years, Not Seasons
We believe good clothing should be worn and enjoyed for years, rather than replaced with every new trend.
When selecting fabrics, we pay particular attention to durability, abrasion resistance, wrinkle resistance, and long-term performance.
For example, our wool-blend knitwear uses specially developed yarns designed to support machine washing and reduce the risk of shrinking or losing shape.
We also favor timeless silhouettes, bringing functional details into classic designs rather than allowing trends to dictate how a garment should look.
Our goal is simple: to make clothing that continues to earn its place in your wardrobe.
02 — Repair, Rather Than Replace
Extending the life of a garment is an important part of our approach.
We offer a complimentary repair service to help customers continue wearing and enjoying their CARE OF LORD pieces for longer.
If your garment needs attention, please contact our customer service team by email and tell us what needs to be repaired.
We'll discuss the repair options with you and guide you through the process of sending the garment to us.
We believe a well-made piece of clothing deserves to be cared for, not easily discarded.
03 — Thoughtful Production, Less Waste
We continuously work to improve the way we plan production and manage inventory.
By using digital tools and more considered forecasting, we aim to reduce unnecessary stock and the waste that can come from overproduction.
This is also one reason we rarely participate in large-scale promotional events that can create unpredictable swings in demand and inventory.
Instead, we aim to offer strong value through quality, functionality, and thoughtful pricing from the moment a product is introduced — and to keep our prices as consistent as possible.
We believe lasting customer trust comes not from constant discounts, but from dependable quality, fair pricing, and good service.
04 — More Thoughtful Packaging
We are working to reduce unnecessary plastic and make more responsible choices in our packaging, including the use of biodegradable materials and FSC-certified paper.
For our spring, summer, and autumn collections, we use custom kraft paper bags with an inner protective layer to help keep garments safe during delivery.
For winter outerwear, we use paper boxes and include a reusable nonwoven fabric bag that customers can continue using beyond the initial purchase.
These packaging choices may increase our costs, but we believe that caring for the environment and providing a considered customer experience should be part of the same commitment.
