At Care of Lord, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition with original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Authorization Required (Important)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Unauthorized returns or items without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
We Cover Return Shipping If:
The item is defective
The item is damaged upon arrival
You received the wrong item
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Customer Covers Return Shipping If:
Incorrect size selected
Change of mind
Personal preference (fit, color, style)
Ordering multiple sizes for trial
In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time:5–10 business days
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

5. Exchanges
We currently support exchanges for size-related issues.
If you wish to exchange an item:
Contact customer support within 30 days of delivery
Exchange items must meet return eligibility requirements
Replacement items will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved.

6. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
Original shipping costs and any return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
Reshipping fees may apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as non-returnable

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the matter promptly.

Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by us.
Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in refusal of future transactions.
